Specifically designed for standby power applications where space is limited, the SLA series is well suited for telecommunications, uninterruptible power systems, emergency lighting, fire and security alarms and office equipment.
Absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology allows for recombination of Oxygen at the positive plate. This means the quantity of electrolyte remains virtually constant throughout the life of the battery. The closed loop created by these reactions virtually eliminates water loss through electrolysis so topping up is not required.
